These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into between better user experiences LLC ("Design Agency") and the Client (referred to as "Client" or "You") for the provision of design services. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Work:
- Design Agency agrees to provide design services as described in the project proposal or agreement.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment:
- Client agrees to pay Design Agency the agreed-upon fees for services.
- Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.
- Invoices are due within 10 days from the date of receipt.
3. Intellectual Property:
- Design Agency retains all intellectual property rights to original designs created during the project.
- Upon full payment, Client will receive a license to use the final design for its intended purpose.

5. Revisions:
- Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Timeline:
- Design Agency will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon project deadlines.
